New Beginnings
Everyday could be considered a fresh new day with a blank page. The reality is that each day is usually partially filled out for each of us. Our access to resources, limitations, expectations, and obligations clearly shape part of our story, for a new day. The question is more about what we do with the blank spaces and how much of the script we can rewrite.
With Mission E4, every child entrusted to us deals with circumstances that are part of life. The unrest, shortage of resources and general poverty impact the stories for each one. What we celebrate is the way that prayer, love, hope and working together in God’s kingdom can create more positive possibilities for their stories each day. These children can and do change their options, their outlook, as well as their village in tangible ways. Our ministry is designed to impact whole families and those around them in a miraculous way.
Imagine if:
- You were given a pencil to finally be able write in the new page rather than someone else writing for you…
- If someone provided knowledge, skills, encouragement, and hope that allowed you to dare to write something audacious in your page
- If you were given a way to erase something already written, allowing for a new story to emerge
God Promises:
- “His compassions never fail…They are new every morning”
- “Do not lose heart…inwardly we are renewed day by day”
- “This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it”
- “We can be transformed through the renewing of our minds”
